Money Making Method
If you do not want to spend money on herblore you can get herblore by cleaning herbs and selling them back depending on what herb you clean you can make money here is some herbs that make you money; Toadflax, Avantoe, irit. if i find more i will post here.
Cheap Method
Levels 3-38 = Attack Potions: You will need to make 1,207
Levels 38-99 = Prayer potions: you will need to make 148,611
Alternative Method
Levels 3-15 = Attack Potions: You will need to make 87
Levels 15-99 = Serum 207: you will need to make 260,641
You need to do shades of mort'ton before you can do the serum 207 and using the serum 207 on the people in mort'ton you can make a little bit of your money back.
Serum 207 are untradable and unstackable so they will either sit in your bank or you will have to drop them 1 by 1.
Quickest Method
Levels 3-38 = Attack Potions: You will need to make 1,207
Levels 38-55 = Prayer Potions: You will need to make 1,557
Levels 55-81 = Super Strength: You will need to make 16,209
Levels 81-88 = Saradomin Brews: You will need to make 12,183
Levels 88-89 = Extreme Attack: You will need to make 2,075
Levels 89-90 = Extreme Strength: You will need to make 2,192
Levels 90-91 = Extreme Defence: You will need to make 2,381
Levels 91-91 = Extreme Magic: you will need to make 2,457
Levels 92-93 = Extreme Ranging: You will need to make 2,609
Levels 93-96 = Make 1275 Extreme attack, 1158 Extreme str, 1032 Extreme def, 893 extreme magic, 741 extreme range and 5812 Spec Recovery potions.
levels 96-99 = Overloads: You will need to make 3,350
OVERALL COST = Between 150- 250m depending on the method you choose and also the current grand exchange prices.
